Cant purchase this month's game with gold; Dead Space

I've never run into a problem like this before, but whenever I try to 'buy' Dead Space with any credit card I'm greeted with a message saying "Sorry, your purchase cannot be completed at this time." I've tried it both on my Xbox One and my PC, and I had
no trouble with downloading The Wolf Among Us, so I'm pretty sure its not a connection issue. I appreciate any suggestions thrown my way, thanks!

(REGIONAL PROBLEM) Games w/ Gold: Dead Space

hello, i have lately been having a problem regarding dead space.

now, my original physical region was UAE, and the console was bought from the UAE.

this includes my account region aswell.

when this month's games w/ gold came out, i tried to download Dead Space but only to be met with the following message,

"This game's region does not match this console. It will not be downloaded. You have not been charged."

this was obviously odd, so i tried to download it through the xbox site which worked, but once it finished, i got;

"This disc's region code does not match this console."

so, what i did was, i tried to switch region to the US, because after research, i found that Dead Space was only NTSC U/C & NTSC J compatible.

what i would like to know is, am i downloading an NTSC Dead Space?

i'm extremely disappointed and my gold is only 3 months & i can only switch every 3 months.

please help microsoft, i really would like to play Dead Space.

Same problem here, no child account and no problem with other purchases. Tried both via the xbone and from xbox.com.

 

Then it would be a region issue

Xbox one games don't have the same restrictions as xbox 360 that's why you wouldn't have an issue with one games

 

I'm having same issue can make xbox1 purchases but not 360.

 

I dont use a credit card on my account so its saying no valid payment options but have money on my account. How do I fix this?

Add a payment method

As per the requirements of xbox 360 Web marketplace you need a valid payment option on file for the region of the account and no xbox one currency doesn't count as a payment method for 360

The only other way would be to download it with an xbox 360 console

 

I'm having the same problem but I'm trying to purchase Lego Star Wars TCS. Gives the message "Sorry, your purchase cannot be completed at this time." Region is fine, age is fine, account restrictions are fine, no idea what's going on, the marketplace servers
on the status page are okay so I don't know what is wrong here.

 

Account restrictions won't affect 360 games

If you have a child account you need to buy it on a 360 console

Xbox one account restrictions and permissions don't apply to xbox 360 games

However parental settings must be set for xbox child accounts for purchases including Web purchases

 

I purchased Far Cry 3 Blood Dragon before via my phone before for the 360, that's R 18+ where I am, this error has never happened to me before.
