Can’t Purchase SSX 3 for Xbox One

I have tried to purchase SSX 3 for my Xbox One S. I have payment method set up and it is working because I haves used it since trying to buy SSX 3, I have retried and it still won’t work. Everytime I try to it comes up with the message:

Your purchase cannot be completed at this time. Please try again.

What should I do?

Can't wait for the new SSX! Loved playing ssx, ssx tricky, ssx3 on ps2/xbox - this new one is going to be something special for fans of the series I think!

If in not at my xbox one how do i find which games i have purchased? I want to know if i purchased SSX when it was GwG.

Yes it is a bug I’m pretty sure and if you can go to GameStop or somewhere to see if they have it

 

The game is over 14 years old, it’s pretty unlikely that GameStop would have it.

 

Sorry, but this isn't helpful at all. The least you could do is link the page to Xbox Support where he will most likely receive assistance.

But before you do so let's clarify some things: What payment option are you trying to use? When on Xbox One/PC you can't use your Microsoft account balance to buy OG Xbox or Xbox 360 titles that are backwards compatible. You can also try to purchase the
game via xbox.com instead. If you are trying to use another payment option it's likely an issue with your account so that you would have to contact Xbox Support.

And by the way, retailers that sell used OG Xbox games will surely have SSX3 available (at least you can find it easily here in Europe for a few bucks).

 

This may be because Xbox live is not working so well.
