Can’t purchase realm on minecraft because of internet

We've been noticing a few others having issues purchasing coins or realms from the in-game Minecraft Store. I recommend submitting a support ticket with Mojang and also posting on their Twitter account if you have your own account. Here are the contact options:

I can’t do that because whenever i click on purchase realm 6.69£ a month it says purchasing not too long and the it says sorry we cant complete your purchase check your internet connection

I checked the transaction history, there was nothing there. On my PlayStation account I had about 14 dollars and after trying to buy the realm I had 7 dollars left. Minecraft keeps saying that the purchase was complete but that they can’t create the realm at that time and to check later.

Is this a Realm for Minecraft Java or Bedrock?

I ask because they are purchased through different platforms. Java Realms are purchased on the Minecraft website and Bedrock Realms (for Windows or Xbox) are purchased through the Microsoft/Xbox store.
