    So I Can't purchase rainbow six that's on special offer keeps saying something when wrong and enter the error message on the site however there is no error message to type in also did the same thing in spyglass

    Did not receive Rainbow 6 Vegas or Rainbow 6 Vegas 2 codes after purchasing Rainbow 6 Siege

    Did not receive Rainbow Six Vegas 1 and 2 purchase codes after buying Rainbow Six Siege on December 3, 2015.

    I have the following problem. I can't redeem my code of Rainbow Six Vegas 2 with my German Account. The Version I bought is the German USK Version.

    The details are the following:

    • Promotion name: “Free Rainbow Six Vegas 1 and 2 codes with purchase of Rainbow Six Siege”
    • Date of purchase: “March 2016”
    • Issue:
    • “I get error code XBOS-4000

    I had to call for online help it turns out even tho it said something went wrong with the order I actually bought 15 copys of the same game apprently there was a glitch hopefully I've been refunded correctly just waiting for the bank account to update

    Rainbow Six Siege was delivered as a 25 digit code via Xbox Live message for users who took part in that offer, and did not automatically add to the 'Ready to install' list. We were able to determine that the account you are posting from has not received
    or redeemed a Rainbow Six Siege code for that offer.

    If you recently took part in the free to play weekend for Rainbow Six Siege during February, that would leave the tile in your 'Ready to install' list but you would need to purchase the game in order to continue playing.
