Can’t purchase Overwatch 2 battle pass with in game tokens.

Before anything else, let me ask you the following questions below so that I fully understand the problem.

1. Just to confirm are you part of a Microsoft Family?

In your case, kindly try it on In-private browser then manually sign into your Microsoft account. And since there is an issue on the Xbox store, kindly try in Microsoft store. Top free apps - Microsoft Store

I recently bought the battle pass for mw2 and my battle tokens are not there or anything. It isnt showing any progress. I typically play with my friends in the morning on dmz. We played for 2-3hrs and my progress hasnt improved. I restarted the game. I restarted my pc. I have no idea how to trouble shoot it further

It’s not pre order bonuses that he can’t get on both accounts it’s the “vault edition” bonuses like specific operators, double Dp tokens, battle pass(not available for anyone until the season starts) etc.. I’m having the same issue and I’ve tried multiple things with Microsoft support to fix the issue but nothing worked yet

I have the game, I purchased the battle pass in the game and the battle pass is not available
