cant purchase on xbox live on xbox one console or on the website

Can't stand the xbox one interface and the xbox live website is no better.

Just looking to pre-order Madden 15 but its unavailable when i search it on the console.

So trying to the website instead and when it asks for my credit card info I cant select a province(I'm canadian) from the 'state/province' dropdown i can't since there are no provinces listed.

So terribly annoying this whole experience.

New Gamertag

I have changed my Gamertag on the xbox website , now I cant sign in with it (or the old one) on my xbox console.

Any suggestions?

I can not buy a game on xbox 360 with my microsoft account

Are you trying to purchase it on an Xbox One or the Xbox website? In order to use your Microsoft account balance to purchase 360 content, the purchase has to be made on a 360 console.

Which country is your gamertag set up for? The fact that you are not seeing provinces listed suggests that you are set up for a country other than Canada and may be the reason that you are not getting all the features you want.

i live in Australia and i can see it on the website marketplace for sale but it says you cant purchase this online but it isnt on the xbox marketplace

You would need to purchase on the website as you cant currently purchase 360 games from an xbox one. Make sure it definitely is backwards compatable before buying. Once purchased you can download to yout xbox one.

On my account it is there and when to xbox website it show that i own the game, but still Doesn't appear in my download history.. i noticed that the game is not showing compatible with xbox live... Does this have something to do with the problem?

The deluxe edition shows the xbox live compatibility but it is not available in the xbox store through the console plus that I can't purchase anything from the console as i tried to pay for the game there but my purchase did not go through, so i purchased it from the website, but yet it is still not owned on the console, while it shows owned on the website and account
