Can't purchase more MUT points

    Tells me "we can't process your payment " contact support. Is there a maximum that I can spend in a certain amount of time?

    Try calling support. They can help with billing issues.

    Can't purchase MS Points?

    This has never been a problem until today. I've been excited about the SSF4 AE and I wanted to download it, so I had to buy microsoft points. After choose how much MS Points I wanted i tried to purchase it, but then this message shows up "Can't authorize
    the selected payment option. Please select a different payment option or add a new one." So i followed this thread Uh oh... that shouldn't have happened., and did what it said. After that, I jumped down the stairs to my tv, and I randomly managed
    to buy 500 MS points, but I needed 500 more and tried again, but then the same message as before showed up.

    I've contacted xbox support and my bank, and there is no problem what so ever with my credit card. If someone have a solution to this problem, I would really appreciate it.

    I'm from Norway BTW if that helpz.

    This could happen for a variety of reasons actually. Make sure to visit
    account.microsoft.com     and make sure all of your billing information is up to date and try again. If you're still having issues though, you'll need to contact our chat/phone teams who can look into your account deeper and find out what's causing the issue
    with purchasing. You can contact Official Xbox Support through either the live chat option (if available) or phone team

    Oh i see! In that case you should talk via this link with the official support, there have been some people that suffered the same issue as you and have been answered with ways to verify you are the one making the purchases, the ban is a security prevention to stop allowing people who could have take your account and making purchases with your info.

    Before you try to contact them, be aware to change your region at the bottom of the website so you can contact them within your timezone!

    They banned me because I purchased too many points in a short period of time. There is no number to call. There is only this forum. How do I get unbanned? I don’t see why I was banned since I paid for everything I bought. If you can give me a number that would be great

    I have spent a lot of money this month on madden mut points

    In-game consumables are only eligible for credits if there is a specific offer for them. There have not been any offer that mut points would qualify for.
