Can´t purchase games with Gold disscount

I´ve trying to get the Resident Evil 4/5/6 with the 50% disscount of Gold, but it has been impossible. I can´t see that disscount in the store. I´m worried because it is supposed that will finish tomorrow this bargain.

Ive been told from your chat support 12 hours ago that is something will be solved this afternoon.. but no luck

What can we do?

I am going to buy a copy of Plants vs. Zombies™ Garden Warfare 2 , and my question is if EA access discount can be effective with Xbox live gold disscount?

My friend told me that if you had xbox 360 minecraft edition u could get if for xbox one with a discount.

i have minecraft 360 edition but i never recieved a disscount moment it stil the same price as usual.

my question is, is there still a way that i can get the disscount??

not sure about discounts but many retailers offer subscriptions at a lower price.
