    I'm getting this error message while trying to purchase a gamer tag change with account balance:

    My region is Hong Kong. The gamer tag change requires HK$79, I in fact topped up HK$150 for this, so there's definitely enough money in the account.

    I couldn't find where to contact support so might as well post it here.

    Hi there kazenorin welcome to the community forum! Christopher here, an Xbox fan just like you and has been on Xbox for years already. I would really love to make your day by helping you out. Have you tried using a different browser or Wifi/hotspot? This might be an issue with the browser itself! Give it a try.
