    Can’t purchase from Xbox Store on PC


    When trying to purchase points/coins for Halo Infinite via a debit card my country is set to United States (with this option totally greyed out) instead of Australia.

    This means I can’t include an Australian address or continue with the transaction.

    No support from Microsoft has been able to help me!

    Are these Xbox games from EA you have purchased on the Xbox store, or an Xbox account linked to your EA account with PC purchases from their store?

    Only PlayAnywhere games purchased digitally have dual entitlements

    Elden Ring is not even sold on 5he PC store

    You will find that no games are transferable between platforms, which includes PC online stores like steam or epic.

    if you purchase via the microsoft store then you need to log into the xbox console version to use them, if on ps4 you need to purchase from the ps store, if on pc then you need to purchase from within the game or via epic store.
