    Can't purchase anything. No error code, just keeps bringing me back to purchase screen. Help!


    I have an Xbox One S and haven't had any problems making purchases until just the other day. Tried to buy my daughter a new world in Minecraft and after punching in my PIN and confirming the buy, it says it's purchasing and should just take a moment, but
    then it goes right back to the buy screen like it never happened. I have plenty of money in the account, checked all settings, nothing has changed. It gives me no error code or message, but just starts the whole process over. Yes, I've restarted several times.
    Even logged out and logged back in. Anyone have an idea?

    Hey there BrianneNichols,

    Sorry to hear you are running into these problems when attempting to purchase this content. Take a look at the following and

    Physically Power Cycle your console     then give it another try.

    If the issue persists you can try and
    Remove then Add     the account on the Console.

    Give it a try and let us know if it has helped.

    A hard reset could help maybe.

    Hold down the power button until the console shuts down.

    Unplug the power brick for 5 min and plug it back in.

    That might solve the problem

    When I ran into a similar issue I waited for a few hours and came back I believe its more of a communication to the Xbox servers error more than anything
