cant purchase a gold membership

Cant buy a gold membership,i press join then next,then it ask for my credit info but after i enter it,it saves then instantly sends me back to the beginning asking for my credit card info again, i don't get a rejection of payment notice or a confirmation
its really frustrating can anyone pls help

Easiest solution for that go to Walmart or Walmart.com and get a subscription card there, if you do this online you will get a code within hours to your email.

Try making the purchase on the console (if you're not already) or try clearing your browser's cookies/cache or try another browser. If it still gives you issues, you'll want to contact support and speak to billing. http://support.xbox.com/contact-us

That code means you have some sort of billing violation on your account. Go to
https://billing.microsoft.com and make sure all of your information is correct and up to date. If you can't fix it there, you'll need to call support and talk to billing.

I think its to do with my bank, i went into my acct and re-entered my info and then i got a message saying my bank wouldn't authorize the use,so I'll probably have to talk to my bank and tell em to authorize it. I will post again when i get more info and
hopefully have this addressed, thanks for everyone's advice.
