    Hi,

    I have been trying to Purchase GTA V and I keep getting an error message saying purchase cannot be completed at this time.

    I have tried two different cards and they are both working fine so this is not a card issue.

    It's as if my account is not allowed to make a purchase.

    Ive gone through all the recommendations regarding account settings and still not working.

    Can you please help me with this.

    Hi There,

    Sometimes the purchases on the Xbox 360 marketplace won't go through because the payment info is different. The Xbox 360 marketplace and Xbox One marketplace are separate so if you are making the purchase from the website, then it won't go through. Try to
    make the purchase directly on the Xbox 360 or go into settings and try to ensure that the regions/payment info is lining up for both. I have the same issue with buying on the Xbox 360 website as well and I can only buy from the Xbox directly.

    @GITS09 Unfortunately you cannot buy Xbox 360 games directly through the One marketplace. You need to do it through a 360 console or the website.

    Unfortunately currency stored in a Microsoft account is not able to be used to purchase Xbox 360 content from the Xbox One console or website. In order to use that currency, you would have had to make the purchase through the Xbox 360 directly. I hope
