Can't provide "proof of purchase" profile screenshot from account.xbox.com

I purchased Apex Coins from Apex Legends, but never received my coins. In order to get them added, EA Support requires you to show them "proof of purchase" by screenshotting a very specific page. The directions are as follows:

"Please provide the following images from either your PC or console
(mobile images won't be accepted). They should be full screen images.

• A screenshot of your account page from account.xbox.com. Click on your avatar (profile picture) on the top right corner of the page, choose Xbox Profile, then click on your avatar again. You should take the screenshot while the menu is expanded to include your:
  • gamertag.
  • full name.
  • email address."

However, I cannot get to this page. I followed the directions to a tee, but when I click on 'Xbox Profile', it takes me to my activity feed:





I tried submitting this photo, but EA will not accept it since it doesn't meet the requirements of showing your gamertag, email, AND name all in one photo. Did Xbox update their website? Is there any other page I can go to to get a screenshot that will work? Any help would be great, as am literally out $90 right now.

Side note: I also tried to request a refund from Microsoft, but was denied since "I have reached my max refunds this year". I've only asked for one other refund, and it was actually the same item! I got charged twice for Apex coins a couple months back, and got the duplicate charge refunded.
