    We've tried every solution (at least 7) that was given to us. My sons xbox 360 still won't do the update. Error C000 0185 Please help!!

    when ever I go to complete the purchase it comes up with can't process purchase. everything is right and I have never really seen a solution to this. please help

    To sort out payment issues it would be better if you contact xbox chat support billing section:

    support.xbox.com/.../contact-us

    or if you are part of the USA/CA region you can contact this free toll nr: (800) 469-9269

  6. Same here I press f12 for debug console and retry my order, the process payment returns.

    I am using paypal, but got the same thing using a credit card. They charge my Live account to smae paypal no problem, this worked 2 months ago. Not like Microsoft to not take my money ASAP.

  7. I use a visa and when ever I make a payment it says it can't. Also says contact us for support we can't process it right

    I got the same exact problem and have no clue ?? would help if someone knows the answer to this. I renewed my memberships normally but to purchase a game it says we'd like to get it sorted out.. !!

  9. It sounds like you might have a none payment flagged on your account. I would contact xbox customer support and see if that is the issue.

    Xbox Customer Support Number: 1-800-469-9269 They are open from 9am-3am Eastern time.

    Thanks for reaching out to the forums. We see you are having issue with making a purchase. We do recommend waiting a bit. If it has failed and you keep trying, it can temporarily lock the account from purchases. Here is a guide for

    You mentioned you just loaded the card, are the funds available to use yet? It does take time for the funds to become available on some prepaid cards.

    Sorry to hear it. If support are unable to assist then you should contact your bank to find out if there are any blocks on the card. In the meantime, if you haven't done so already you should look into setting up a paypal account for your purchases.
