Can't preinstall games on game pass.

When i try to preinstall a game on game pass it says that i have too many devices connected to my microsoft account, but i only have one. I tried reinstalling gaming services, did a in-place windows upgrade and still not working.

gaming services is installed by default with windows, it does not need to be installed

You need to go into your MS account and look under the devices tab and disable some you're not using.

I only have one device under the devices tab and that's my main PC. But i think the problem occured because in the past someone was sharing microsoft store account with me, which had game pass on, but already deleted that account and connected only my main one and it still doesn't work.

I am trying to preinstall the game through my xbox pc game pass but keep getting the following error code (0x80070005).

I know it is not released until May 2nd. Several of my friends on Xbox have said they could preinstall it. That doesn't seem to be an option for me. On top of that, Game pass gives 3 options, all three of which are pay options. It would be nice to have a fourth option that says "game pass" on it and gives some feedback as to why I can't pre-install on PC.

that didn't do anything either..
im gonna try and uninstall the game pass game that's there and see if that does anything
update: uninstalling the pre load of the legend of tian ding made the missing games pop up
Is this a bug? that preinstalling games on gamepass will make the other ones vanish?
