Discus and support can't post custom gamerprofileimage in XBoX on Consoles to solve the problem; hey, i'm trying to change my profile pic to something custom, for the first time, since i've always used a picture from the list you can choose from....     hey, i'm trying to change my profile pic to something custom, for the first time, since i've always used a picture from the list you can choose from. now i'm trying to post a custom pic on IOS, but it says it says something along the lines of 'because of
    your behaviour in the past you can not do this'... while i've never ever posted a custom pic on my profile before... so there must be some kind of mistake

    So a customer service agent asks me to post my problem in the web forums because he can't figure out what's wrong and NOBODY can respond? Poor....*** poor customer service, Microsoft.

    Xbox one.

    I think accounts under 18 should be able to have custom gamerpictures. They get reviewed anyways, so why can't they have custom gamerpictures? It's not fair tbh. My account is under 18, and I can't have a custom gamerpicture. I don't know if this is where
    you go to post your opinion or whatever.

    Considering there's not that much customization, I can't see people wanting to post pics because everyone's house will look pretty similar. I was hoping there was more customization, not that I'm creative that way, but I like to see what other people can

    Well no they can't look into anything enforcement wisr

    Customer service can't help you nor can they do anything about lifting it

    They can read notes like types of enforcement that's it no evidence no server.logs etc

    As its beyond their purview
