Can’t play Xbox say fix account on web

We understand you are having issues with playing your Xbox and that it says to fix your account on the web. This might be caused by a problem with your subscription, payment method, or security settings.

To resolve this issue, please follow these steps:

1. Go to https://account.microsoft.com/services/ and sign in with your Microsoft account.
2. Check if your Xbox Live Gold or Game Pass subscription is active and has no overdue payments.
3. If you see a message that says, "Fix your account", click on it and follow the instructions to update your payment method or security information.

4. Restart your Xbox console and try to play again.

If the issue still persists, please try removing and redownload the account on your Xbox Console. To remove and redownload your Xbox account on your console, please follow these steps:

1. Press the Xbox button on your controller to open the guide.
   
2. Select Profile & system > Settings > Account > Remove accounts.
   
3. Choose the profile that you want to remove, and then select Remove to confirm.
   
4. After removing the account, you can redownload it by following these steps:"
   Press the Xbox button on your controller to open the guide. Select Profile & system > Add or switch > Add new.
   Enter the email address for the Microsoft account that you want to add, and then select Enter.
   
   Enter the password for your Microsoft account, and then select Enter.

On xbox it says fix this on the web when i try to log in. And when i try to log in on the web, it says account locked and to sumbit a account form to reunlock it which i did last october but did not receive a reply

Xbox has to fix this, just make it to where any account under an hour of time played can’t post. All the bots have no time played…. It was fine a few months ago but has gotten exponentially worse. And don’t say to report them Xbox because it’s bots with infinite accounts, it doesn’t work.

when we log onto teh xbox, it says "

and again, logged onto the microsoft account, and nothing
