Can't play xbox 360 destiny :(

I am trying to play Destiny on my xbox 360. I have live and an external hard drive that is formatted to Fat32. But it is saying I need an xbox 360 hard drive. Please help, I have had live for over a month and cannot even use it. Thanks.

Sorry we cant show your friends right now???????

i'm in the same boat. Some apps seem to work.. like Netflix, but can't see friends online. Can't play Destiny. wtf!?? Also Xbox 360 unable to connect to XBL at all.

Compatibility play and Destiny

I play Destiny with my brothers and some friends on the 360, and we have a blast. I am looking to get an XBOne, however I do know that if I play destiny on my XBOne, I can't play with those on the 360. Will I be able to run Destiny in "compatibility mode"
on my XBOne so I can continue to play with my friends on the 360 version?

Sorry to hear it. If you are using an external drive it must be formatted via the console and not the pc or it cannot be read properly. Please check this link for more info on USB requirements for the game.

You need to be playing the 360 version of a game on the xbox one in order to be able to play online with people on the 360.

So say if you have the one version of Destiny you can't play against people with the 360 version.

Yeah can't sign in on mine either, my son is also having problem playing Destiny on his 360.
