Can't Play Worms WMD even though I own the game

My mistake! I think I had confused this worms game for worms revolution which I had bought in 2014 according to that link. I must have been playing Worms WMD from Xbox game pass at some point. Thank you for your help anyway!

- When did you first notice this problem?

- Have you tried uninstalling and reinstalling the game?

- Do you have an active Xbox Live Gold or Game Pass Ultimate subscription?

- Are you signed in with the same account that you used to purchase the game?

- Do you see any error messages or codes when you try to launch the game?

Please try the following steps to see if they help:



- Restart your Xbox console by holding the power button for 10 seconds, then turning it back on.

- Go to Settings > Account > Manage subscriptions and make sure your Xbox Live Gold or Game Pass Ultimate subscription is active and not expired.

- Go to My games & apps > Full library > All owned games and find Worms W.M.D. in the list. Select it and press the Menu button on your controller. Choose Manage game and add-ons and then Uninstall all.

- Go back to the Full library and select Worms W.M.D. again. Press the Menu button and choose Install all.

- Once the installation is complete, launch the game and check if you can play it normally.

Hi there CarTzy I noticed it recently when I was attempting to play this game with a friend of mine. I am still signed in with the account I bought the game with. The message that appears is 0x82D40007. I saw that my credit card that was connected to the account was an old one but it has since been updated. I may try to uninstall the game now but am worried that it will disappear completely and I will be forced to buy it again.
