Can't play with the season pass

Hi, i've bought the season pass for Titanfall, when i'm in the game i try to play, and it say some extensions are not installed, i've downloaded it, and installed it, in the download history it say "installed" but still can't play, is there anything i done
wrong?

You can't actually 'play' a season pass...

A season pass gives you acces to new DLC.

Have you installed installed the base game? Have you tried, after redeeming the season pass, to download the additional DLC?

When you say you downloaded it, what are your referring to? Did you go back onto the store AFTER purchasing the Season Pass and download the Expedition DLC?

Not trying to insult your intelligence, just trying to figure out what you mean.

If you have downloaded it already, I have heard that some people have fixed a problem with the DLC by clearing the cache. Press and hold the power button on your console for a few seconds until it blinks and shuts off (Not sure if you unplug it for a
minute or two afterwards, but couldn't hurt). After a few minutes power it back up and see if everything is going right.

 

No problems, you're not insulting me. What i did it's: I open the game (no disc, it's on the hard disc) and i saw the DCL (Season Pass) so i cliked on the link and i've been redirected to the store, so i bought it from the store the payment has been done,
i can see it on my credit card account, and i cliked "install" is there anothe dowload i need to do? if yes, from where? thanks for your help

 

As McBainUVA said , go back to the store and download the EXPEDITION DLC .

I hope that works for you. Since you have the Season Pass, is should just be clickable (no purchase necessary). But, you do have to actively click on a DLC when they are available. So far, there is only one for this, but as more become available you have
to actively download them (they aren't automatic even though you have the Season Pass). Make sure you a signed in under your GamerTag profile thing, too. That might help.
