Can't play win / xbox games | no support available for germany!

ich erlaube mir mal hier Deutsch zu antworten.

Meiner Erfahrung nach, wird der Support hier nicht weiterhelfen können. Es gibt diverse Ursachen warum ein Login in das Xbox Netzwerk mit einem Windows 10 Rechner nicht hinhaut. Bei uns in Deutschland erreicht der Login meist einen Timeout - will heißen,
wenn Du "wireless" mit dem Internet verbunden bist, probiere mal ein RJ45 Kabel!

Als nächstes solltest Du überprüfen ob das System "Uptodate" ist (sowohl über Windows Update als auch in der Store App)!

Es könnte aber auch sein, das einer der XBOX Dienste beschädigt/veraltet ist, weshalb ich Dir nahelege als Nächstes diese neuzuinstallieren indem Du die XBOX App überprüfst:

1. Start > Alle Einstellungen > Apps > Apps & Features
2. Suche nach Xbox
3. Auswählen
4. auf Erweiterte Optionen klicken
5. erst Reparieren (später evtl. zurücksetzen)

Eine weiter mögliche Ursache ist
"Xbox Live-Serververbindung unter Windows 10 ist blockiert" alternativ wir auch auf

Immer wieder wird auch empfohlen:
"Ausführen eines sauberen Neustarts in Windows".

a friend called microsoft-support (germany) and they said it will be available on dec 12 .
