can't play valheim multiplayer

I installed valheim and couldn't play it multiplayer. the servers list is empty. sometimes the servers appear and when I choose a server it tries to connect and fail.

I tried connecting using join code, it said coudn't resolve join code.
I have windows 11. I opened Network status in xbox console companion it showed nat type strict and server connectivity blocked

I tried the solutions in the link and it stayed the same.
when I set the ip address manually the nat type said teredo is unable to qualify.

I tried also the solutions in this link and nothing changed.
so what could be the problem?

I have a question why would xbox extend its services, availability and even provide regional prices in egypt when its impossible to join online games and/or multiplayer on pc? It's basically banned/won't work to open ports and open NAT function

Yes, i did and nothing changed.

Is there a way to test if the netwotk ports are open? But without paying.

Note: I think it might be a problem in Egypt because my friend has the same issue.

If in any case this will not work, it would be best to open your network ports and check with your internet provider for guidance on your router settings.

I believe you will need to check that option with your internet provider since they have access to your router settings. I am sure this is just from the network and nothing to do with the Xbox though.
