    I am unable to play, update or even uninstall Forza Horizon 5 on the xbox PC app. ERROR CODE: 0x80070032 I have dealt with a very similar issue with Halo Infinite about a week ago and was forced to reinstall windows. This fixed Halo, but then about a week later I have encountered a very similar if not identical issue with Forza. I also had a similar issue to this with the MS store about a year ago and had to reinstall windows twice before fully resetting my PC. I then encountered no issues until the last week or so.

    Also whenever I have encountered these issues, it is ONLY microsoft apps effected. Steam, google and other third party apps continue to download, play and update normally.

    I could reinstall windows again but am guessing there is a deeper issue. If anyone has experienced anything similar or has any tips please let me know, I have spoken to MS support many times and gone in circles so am hoping someone here can help.

    Hi there Kang welcome to the community forum! Christopher here, an Xbox fan just like you and has been on Xbox for years already. I would really love to make your day by helping you out. Yes, I have experienced this before, I had to factory reset my PC but I suggest you try this first:

    Open the Settings app it is the gear in the start menu.

    Open Accounts

    Click Sign-in Options

    Scroll down to Privacy

    Uncheck "Use my sign-in info to automatically finish setting up my device and reopen my apps after an update and restart."

    Restart your PC!

    Unfortunately that was not successful, what else can you do? I would play MSFS2020 again.

    Hey Christopher, thanks so much for getting back to me.

    I've just tried your solution and it seems to have worked! The xbox PC app is now allowing me to re-install the game. Hopefully this means it is fixed and will run after the install. I will let you know if this is not the case.
