Can't play the giant without internet..

I'm on Xbox One and I bought the game Black ops 3 in store. Later, I bought the map The Giant on the Xbox market. The card is installed and running. However, as soon as my Xbox is disconnected from the internet, I no longer have access to this map and it
annoys me because I have problems with internet connections, so I paid 6 euros for this card and I can To play. How to be able to play it EVEN offline?

Can't sign in without internet?

I have a passkey that I have to type in every time I sign in due to recent unauthorized access to my account. I have just tried to sign in today and what I came across is this message.



I find it odd that I need internet access to just sign into my Xbox account. And what really confuses me is the fact that I was and still am connected to the internet so I don't know why this message has appeared. I tried using the Error & Status Code Search
to look up that little code under the text. But I have gotten no results.

The game has an offline mode, but whenever I want to start the program without internet connection. it tell me the game must be executed under internet connection. What a disappointing experience. Sometimes when the internet is slow,
I don't want to open my internet, or sometimes I want to play in my garden without internet connection. Why can't I?

Thus, I want to play without internet connection. Really need you to solve this.

Good platforms like Steam and Origin let players to play in offline without internet connection. Why can't state of decay2?

p.s. I've tried microsoft store permission setting and enable the offline setting, but STATE OF DECAY 2 STILL CAN'T START WITHOUT INTERNET. : (((

Did you make sure the console you are trying to play on is set as your home console? If you purchased it but are not on your home console you have to play online. I had this same problem.

 

Call of duty black ops 3 can go off line. with this game there is two modes on line mode and off line mode .with on line mode your saves stays on line and these cant be retrieve off line.when you take this game off line you have to start a new game and
i don t think this will affect your on line saves .This game have local multiplayer mode that you can do off line.
