Can't play the games I own

    Can't play the games I own


    I own both Forza Horizon 4 and Minecraft Dungeons through the Windows store. Went to try to launch them today and get this message:

    Forza Horizon 4 is currently not available in your account. Make sure you are signed in to the Store and try again. Here’s the error code, in case you need it: 0x803F8001

    Tried rebooting. Same thing.

    Tried getting a call back from support. It called my cell, told me to press 1. I pressed 1 then it hung up on me.

    I spent good money on these games and should be able to play them.

    Come on Microsoft! What the heck?

    So then I try to launch MS Minesweeper. It actually pops up a window to log in. Once I log in I start getting notifications for achievements I got years ago. So then try and launch Forza and now it launches. But.. as usual cannot join a live session. Used
    to always work.

    Hey there,

    It sounds like your account may not own the game digitally, was there another account that may have purchased the game instead that is on your Xbox One? Are you able to see the purchase on the Gamertag you're posting from on our
    Microsoft Commerce page? If you do not see the purchase on that page, the account you're posting from may not own the game. The best route to take for license issues will be our chat support team
    on our Contact Us page, who will be able to let you know if you do own the game digitally or not.

    Also do keep in mind that we work oldest to newest, and bumping your thread may increase the amount of time it takes for us to respond. Hope this helps!

    Wow, that's amazing, so well over a thousand dollars in games has been "forfeited" over a ban I got for no reason and didn't deserve.
