Can't play the game i was gifted after the outage on 10/16/2018

Before the outage I was able to play a game that someone gifted me but after the outage and after y'all announcing that everything should be working it says I don't own the game anymore. The game is Naruto to Boruto Shinobi Striker, Before release of this
game they had like an open beta thing and that is what I downloaded and that is what I used before the outage to play the game, but after this outage it now says " (My GT), enjoy your trial " or something like that. Please help Proof of receiving this gift-

Xbox Messages displayed in wrong order on website

I started replying to a friend of mine using the XBOX website.

It was only after i realised that she was talking about playing a game that was 2 years old that i saw the messages were ordered in an incorrection fashion.

The messages are listed in this date order

25/09/2018

08/10/2018

08/10/2018

09/10/2018

09/10/2018

12/06/2016

16/07/2016

(miss a couple of months to the last message as they follow on from the previous message)

How do i report this bug. I know i haven't done anything wrong and it is solely a problem at Microsofts end and something they need to fix.

Using the website and viewing messages displays them out of order. Also every time i send them a new message, an old message gets put at the bottom of the list. Looking at it, it is the next message in line after the previous out of date one. So my new last
message was sent 11/10/2016 which is wrong.

Thank you for bringing this to our attention. I recommend
deleting the trial version of the game from your Xbox. Afterwards, search for Naruto to Boruto shinobi striker in the Xbox store and redownload it. You may also check in the ready to install section for the game, but I recommend searching for the base game
in the store.

Hi there! Last I saw the main restrictions on gifting were "Gift purchasers can only buy two discounted products – and a total of 10 discounted products
– every 14 days. There are no limits for gift purchases made at full price."

Where did it say that you are able to gift them through the store?

Currently it is impossible to gift people money that has been redeemed on one account to another aside from buying a gift card and giving them the accompanying pre-paid code so they can enter it into their account manually.
