    Tired of Freezing

    Been playing Sudoku for a couple of years now. Even with a new computer the program keeps freezing up. If you value your customers, you will fix it.

    Sudoku Freezes During Game

    Sudoku keeps freezing up. Have to "X" out than come back in to pick up where I left off. Also noticed white streaks going across the page during the game. System: Acer Aspire using Windows 10.

    I don't play jigsaw, but Microsoft Sudoku freezes as I am playing the game. Games freeze, then the game closes itself. Very frustrating when playing a game and have to start over and over to complete one game. Please fix Microsoft Sudoku for all of us
    to continue using it.

    That was just the problem by clicking on the "X" the ad was not removable, but meanwhile the advertisement is removed and i can play Sudoku again.
