Cant play state off decay 2 on games pass PC

Hi

I was trying to play state of decay 2 Judgment addition on PC with the games pass and I get the following message "When you got a refund on State of Decay 2 it was removed from your device."

I don't know what it's talking about and why would that matter its included in game pass.

Neither am I, i installed the game from the game pass on PC and when i launched it i get the message in my original post and it closes the launcher.

I guess I’m not entirely understanding what happened. The game should still be available from the game pass library. It may have been deleted somehow, so try to reinstall.

I am not aware it has previously been installed. I was installing it for the 1st time and can't play it.when I launch it pops this message up and closes the launcher. To me it says we will not let you play this because you bought this and refunded it,
I am not aware that I have ever owned it and I dont understand why it would matter.
