I tried all the trouble shooting steps,verify and repair,reinstalled,reset GPU settings,nothing,i can play the cloud version just fine but since the last update it has not worked for the installed version,its really getting frustrating paying for a subscription when the games dont work

Sorry I may have posted in the wrong place but it's game pass for pc,I attached the error and my pc specs,but I have tried reinstall and verified files and repair and reset the graphics card settings, still nothing, it worked fine before the recent update

Are you on Windows insider by any chance? I only ask as it seems the latest Insider build might be the cause of it and rolling back your Windows to the previous build may resolve it:
