Cant play Roblox or Sea of Thieves on new xBox one

Hi - new xbox one and on Roblox and Sea of Thieves when we try to play we get an Unable to Join error (code 113). It says accounts settings are preventing us from playing multiplayer games. We hv gone into privacy settings and "unblocked" the relevant
setting for both parent and Child accounts following all the online help. Still it wont play! HELP

Sea of thieves Cant play it since i have to change my settings which are already changed

When i start sea of thieves it says that my settings wont allow me to play multiplayer, and i also can't add my friend on xbox. The thing is i have changed the settings so that i should be able to add my friend AND start sea of thieves but i cant do anything
of it

I have a problem whit sea of thieves whene i try to play it say cant log you in to the xbox live.

Did the children sign out and back in after you made the changes to the online and privacy settings?

Also, did you make sure that the kids are actually using the same accounts on the new console that they used in the past, and that you have managed on the online and privacy settings page?

Sea of thieves decided to uninstall itself for some reason over night, making it so that I cant play Sea of Thieves today due to the long download time.

If I buy Sea of Thieves on Steam, can I play with the same account as on the xbox app version? That way I wont need to deal with the Xbox app or its version of Sea of Thieves.

Unfortunately due to the copy being physical, your copy of sea of thieves can only be played on the Xbox one. If the game was purchased digitally then i believe that you would be able to play sea of thieves on both xbox and pc. Sorry for the inconvenience.

I have the same issue and still not fixed. cant play dayz, sea of thieves. really need a fix for this.
