Can't play Roblox on my xbox

Hello Brad,

I have an adult account and I was testing Roblox on our Xbox because my son wants to play on a PC online with a friend of his who has an Xbox.

I tried to disconnect and reconnect again, checked my privacy settings but I still can't play any Roblox game.

Hello Jesse,I'm actually a player of Microsoft Store Roblox.

When i play on servers that accept voice chat i can't active my microphone or can't hear people but my friends on roblox player can actually do, why can't i use voice chat like them ?

We understand that you're having trouble playing Roblox on your Xbox One S. I'll be happy to assist you with this issue.



Before anything else, I will be asking few questions that would help us better understand the issue:

• Is the issue we have presented to only this game? Were you able to check other games from your end?
  
• Were you able to play this game fine in the past?
  
• Since, when was this issue start?
  

In the meantime, I would like to ask if you have tried any troubleshooting steps to resolve the issue? If not, I suggest you try the following steps:



1. Clear the cache on your Xbox One S. To do this, press and hold the power button on the front of the console for 10 seconds. Once the console has turned off, unplug the power cord from the back of the console and wait for 10 seconds. Then, plug the power cord back in and turn on the console.



2. Check for any updates for Roblox and your Xbox One S. To check for updates for Roblox, go to the Microsoft Store and select "Downloads and updates" from the three-dot menu in the top right corner. To check for updates for your Xbox One S, go to "Settings" > "System" > "Updates & downloads" > "Console update available" and follow the on-screen instructions.

3. Remove and re-add the account. Usually, it helps your device to sync the game with correct account signed in.

3. Uninstall and reinstall Roblox. To do this, go to "My games & apps" > "Games" > "Roblox" > "Manage game" > "Uninstall all" and then reinstall the game from the Microsoft Store.



If the above steps do not resolve the issue, please try the following:



1. Check your internet connection. Make sure that your Xbox One S is connected to the internet and that your internet connection is stable.



2. Check your Xbox Live account. Make sure that your Xbox Live account is up to date and that you have the necessary permissions to play Roblox.

Roblox is not a game pass title, it is a free to play game, but not part of the game pass program

I'm sorry but his Roblox account is managed by Roblox and not Microsoft. His Microsoft account is an entirely separate thing. Is it the Microsoft account that you can't log into or the Roblox account?
