Can't Play/Reinstall Game Purchased on my Xbox One Console

This won't work.

Only one instance of Destiny (or any game) can be played at a time.

If your colleague plays and you get home and start playing, it will kick your colleague out of game.

This is a security feature as if it didn't exist, you could just put your Xbox One profile on a bunch of consoles and let groups of people play with one copy of the game.

Your colleague would have to purchase the game too. If they buy the digital version there will be no download as it is already on the console.

I have two Xbox One's in my household. One is mine and one is my wife's. Her profile is on both consoles and my profile is just on my own console. I can't play her game on my console while she is playing it on hers.

Apps like Amazon etc can be run simultaneously though.

Hi! I have the same problem. On november 22 i purchased my Xbox One with FM5, i installed the console, with the upgrade too. I was ready to play! I started the download of FM5 from Store, at the 17% of downloading the console says me, "You can start the
game". So i started the game, did it something to the tutorial and after i closed the game to complete the download at 100%. After 10 HOURS of download, i restart the game and I cannot progress past the Drivatar introduction screen. When asked to press A to
continue, the game closes and I end up at the dashboard. I have deleted and reinstalled three times the games (over 30 hours!), powered down the machine and nothing changes. I delete my account and re-download, but nothing. I think the problem is the saved
game, this one is corrupted, because if i try to connect a guest account the game start right. Now, i can't delete the saved game from the cloud, so i can't play with FM5. But if i purchase a game (70 euros) and my saved game i corrupted again, i can't play
at this game too with my account. This is a big problem!

See link below for some additional digital licensing info. You can't play two games at once. You can have copies of the game installed on both consoles. Your "home" Xbox will allow you and anyone signed into the console the ability to play games you've purchased.
With the Xbox that is not listed as your home Xbox, you will need to be signed in to the Xbox to play the games you've purchased. You cannot be signed into two consoles at the same time, so really you can't play two of the same game purchased with the same

What I did was set up the second Xbox, the one the other family members play on, as my 'Home' console. Everything I bought digitally, I bought and installed on that console first. I use the other Xbox One as my primary unit. As long as I'm connected online,
I have access to all the games I purchased and installed on the 'Home' console. You will have to reinstall them all on the non-home unit obviously. But after that, you can play with anyone else on the other console on any multiplayer game you own and have
installed on both. Hope this helps.
