Can't play Play Anywhere games on PC

All games purchased by my household are purchased through the same parent account that belongs specifically to a single person.

If I want to play a digital game on my Xbox console, I sign in to both my personal account and the account that has all the games linked to it. However, I also would like to play these games on my PC, but there appears to be no feature that allows you to sign
in multiple accounts on the Xbox App.

Because of this, I am unable to play any of my purchased, digitally downloaded games on my PC, only those I own on Game Pass.

Does anyone know of a way to sign in multiple profiles on the Xbox App or know of a way I could play these games on my own account?

open the windows store, sign out of the store, log in with the account holders account that owns the game, download the game from the download history, once downloaded sign out of store and sign back in with normal account, restart pc and enjoy the game,
do this for each account, once the game is downloaded it will instantly install to each account on the pc if you follow the above for each account.

What particular games are you talking about?

There are "Xbox Play Anywhere" titles, which are released both on Xbox One and PC. So if you buy it once on Xbox One or PC, you can play it on both.

However, not all Xbox games are "Play Anywhere" titles. A list of
Play Anywhere games that work both on Xbox and Windows 10 PC is here.

If it's not a Play Anywhere title, you won't be able to play that Xbox game on your PC. And Play Anywhere also only works as a download. You can't use the Xbox disc on your PC to play the game.

As for compatibility with modern Joysticks: As long as the game supports DirectInput (which almost all modern games use), you should be good.

I'm afraid you can't load the same save, that's on your Xbox console as Sunset Overdrive is not a Play Anywhere title,
