    Can't play Plants vs Zombies: BfN


    In Skip Ahead.

    I've reported the issue, and haven't had any luck solving the problem.

    So, figured I would check here.

    When launching the game and reaching the "Press A" title screen, I get a message that says I'm not connected to XBL and can't reach the EA servers. Then the game resets itself and loops back to the same point.

    I've checked other EA games, and haven't had any issue connecting.

    Has anyone run into problems like this?

    Battlefield 5 I am downloading , Plant vs zombies bfn was download at a rapid speed so I don't think its the server issue because both are EA games.

    Thank you for posting on the Xbox forums. We need a little more information to make sure that we provide the correct solution. Is an error code or error message appearing when the game fails to connect to the servers? Are any of your other EA games
    affected? Which troubleshooting steps have you attempted thus far? We recommend
    power cycling the console     by holding down the power button on the console for ten seconds. There were some recent outages with EA's servers. We suggest reach out to EA through
    their website or
