can't play or install Halo Infinite Multiplayer Beta when another console user with Game...

Please go to this link with the others accounts and there select get and install on my devices and install in that console this will give the game license to all users

This worked on 3 out of 4 user accounts.

The only one that didn't work (the buy button was greyed out/disabled) was one from a @live.com account. The others that did work were gmail accounts.

Not sure that is relevant, but just noteworthy.

Have you tried moving it to another hard drive, or do you only have one hard drive within your PC? Also please make sure that you are not experiencing or using any hardware that may be on the Known Issues post here: Halo Infinite Multiplayer Beta Known Issues – Halo Support. I would also recommend submitting a ticket (At the bottom on the same page) so that the Halo Team can be made aware of this issue and that it still impacts users.

Hello, My name is Jesse. I'm an Independent Advisor and a member of the Microsoft community and I'd love to assist you today.

- Navigate to the Halo Insider profile page (make sure you log in to your Halo Waypoint account).

- Navigate to the My Flights tab at the bottom of your profile.

- Under the Additional Info heading, look for a Steam Key listing next to the name of the current beta test.

- Click on Steam Key to display the Steam download code for the beta test.

- On Steam, click on the Add A Game button found in the bottom-left corner of the Steam client.

- Select Activate a Product on Steam...Select Next.

- Select I Agree after reading the Steam Subscriber Agreement.

- Paste the Halo Infinite beta code into the code box.

- Select Next.

- Select Install when asked if you want to install the game.

Once the beta build of the game finishes installing, you can launch and play the Halo Infinite beta.

Are you trying to play this version of Halo Infinite - Halo Infinite | Xbox or this one - Halo Infinite (Campaign) | Xbox? Based on the game's support article, you do not need an active Xbox Live Gold or Game Pass subscription to play Halo Infinite however the campaign one, will need to be purchased or else accessed through a Game Pass subscription.
