    Can’t play online?


    I reset my xbox with keep games and apps and now can not play any online games such as fifa and gta 5 and nothing has came up however I have used xbox live gold for the past 5 years.

    Please help me.

    You may have too upgrade too game pass ultimate in order too play certain games you have downloaded online.

    Hi, based on the screenshot you provided. It seems the profile you want to use to play online games doesn't have a valid Game Pass Core or Ultimate (includes Core) subscription active.
