    Cant play online!


    When my son tries to play online games such as fortnite it says he needs to have xbox gold to play online.

    He is subscribed to ultimate game pass which you get gold included hes been playing with this since December and now all of a sudden its stopped working.

    Does anybody else have this issue or know whats going on with this?

    I have the same problem since last week. Anybody knows how to correct it?
    have you guys checked your network settings? and either or both of you have active parental restrictions?

    theyd be the first two things to check.
