Can't play online with any MS game xbox profile issue?

I'm having issues that are not "Viewing backgrounds, channels, or slots from Xbox LIVE."

I can't play games online or really do anything but view my profile. I don't even seen online friends online.

I am pretty sure MS must be having cross play issues because any game I try to play online gives me a crossplay is NOT enabled warning. It is very much allowed/enabled and set to everybody on all things on my profile. Checked and double checked. I would advise a MS Agent run this up the chain as it seems more than a few people are having issues.

Same issue here... tried all these steps and get nothing.

Not only that, but by resetting my cache, I've cleared all my updates out of my games. So now I can't play ANY game online that has had an update.

I've changed my internet completely, from a new internet provider and all.

How can I check the firewall? Through the router's control panel?

Is UPnP activated?

Also make sure the teredo protokoll is deactivated

Did you do a physical modem swap, or just to the service. When upgrading it can mess with the fire wall settings , showing an open nat type but not letting information pass and actully being able to play online.i would check the fire wall setting on the
modem and any other things that you may be connected to
