Can't play online today :(

Well...

I've tested my connection (all working fine)

I'm connected to xbox live

Downloaded updates

Played multiple online games recently(2 days ago)

...but every time i click "find games" today i get no results constantly... when i press < symbol for "network options" and select any game mode so people can join my game i get:

Access Restricted:

This feature requires all active players to be connected to Xbox LIVE and have mutliplayer privilages.

Just before i logged onto the game i did change the name of my account but i didn't think that would affect anything. Could anyone give me any help? Or there an issue atm?

Lol still can't resolve this issue. I now have a feeling its to do with me... everything fully connected. Tested connected and everything fine/ connected to xbox live. THERE IS NO MATCHMAKING OPTION on the main screen! Help guys ...anyone else having
the same problem?

I'm sorry you're experiencing these issues, but don't worry, we'll try to find out what's going on.

Please check if your game purchase is listed in your order history via this website

https://account.microsoft.com/billing/orders

If you can't see it, make sure you choose the "All Available" filter and that you're logged into the correct account.

If you are able to locate the purchase with the status "Completed", please make sure you are signed in to the Microsoft Store and the Xbox app with that same account.
