Can't play online in FUT / Fifa

Gold Account until next May, set up permissions as adult, but when I try to play on-line is says my profile permissions won't allow it. any ideas please. Thanx

Can't play FIFA 17 online and FUT

Hi everybody,

I have an issue with FIFA 17. it doesn't allow me play online, It doesn't appear an error, it just that the game can't find others players. This issue happened to me almost 3 months, I want to play online because I play Clubs Pro and solo; it's so boring
and I don't know what to do to repair this issue

If somebody has this trouble and got a repair, please tell us what did you do to fix this cancer.

Maybe a stupid question, but did you redeem the online pass?

You need to redeem your online fifa 13 pass to make the online part of FUT (Fifa Ultimate Team) to work.

Go to settings> and then subscriptions on your console

Does it tell you "Learn more about gold"?

If so, you probably just don't have an active gold membership on the account. If it has a gold expiration date, then it could be set to a child account.

Try speaking with an EA Game Advisor through the contact us site here. They should be able to look
into your account and provide you with assistance

Quit out of the game

Sign out of your profile

Turn off the system

Turn it back on

Sign back in

Hi Birnenkopf,

It sounds like the issue is because you're combining streaming with playing an online game and something there is conflicting, causing the drop-out.

Does this happen with multiplayer in other games too for you, or is it limited to FIFA 16? What about other online modes in FIFA 16, do they also fail or only FUT presents this issue?

Try to not play too many multiplayer games to test this, as it might negatively impact your disconnection rating within FIFA, but I'd be interested to know if this problem is limited to FUT or other modes and games give the same errors.

I cannot seem to play online fifa 16, I have played friends, fut draft games but no online seasons, keeps saying searching for opponent, I'm on 150 mb internet speed, ive done all the port forwarding etc etc...still not working help

I thought it was working as I played 7 or 8 games without issue but now crashed twice in successive games. Fifa FUT online is unplayable with the crashes, get punished for system issues, utterly gutted about the issue
