    i just recently bought the ultimate edition of forza horizon 4 on steam its been 8 days now
    i have this problem i cant connect it says IPsec error 0x00000000
    I've tried all teredo fixes my teredo is fine but I still cant connect online
    hopefully I find the fix here

    Forza Horizon 4 "Profile cannot be verified with the server at the moment"

    So I talked with the support of xbox and they told me easily that for Forza Horizon 4 the Xbox Live is mandatory for playing online. Bought it, activated it and I could immediately join the online session.
