Can’t play online games on my xbox series x. Saying “no available offers”

Good afternoon,

got a problem with access into online games on my Xbox series x. I got game pass ultimate.

I’ve tried to run GTA Online I bought last summer and it shows “No available offer”. I checked my order history, showing I bough the game 7/27/24. And in Microsoft store shows I own the game.

Then I tried to run Call of Duty Black ops 6 Multiplayer, I downloaded with Game pass. And I don’t have option to find public matches. When I was in party with my friend, he could not to find games because of me. System showed to my friend “one of players don’t have an access to online functions”. Same with Deep Rock Galactic.

I checked my settings. I allowed to join multiplayer games. And my Game Pass subscription is active.

I did reset my console with keeping my games and apps as this guide advised from your website.

Internet connection works properly, I can download games, speak with my friend via voice chat, I watched YouTube.

Please help, I want to play online games again. Last time I played online about 2-3 months ago and now I have an issues. Thank you in advance.

Exact same issue. Xbox one series X. Constant buffering every 5 minutes and errors saying can’t play.

Howdy. No there’s no specific code, just says an error trying to access servers and it can’t reach online. Only works on pop’s account. I’m trying reinstalling the game, as well as deleting and reinstalling my account on the Xbox. I’ll let you know!

I have the digital game and I bought it on the same account that I am signing into the new Xbox and when I download the game it still says I don’t have the game and I can’t play any of the games that I bought in my old Xbox on my series x.

It's important to know which game your friend bought.

I say this because there are currently three versions of the Series X/S game. Gta 5 Online, Gta 5 Series X/S and Grand Theft Auto V (Xbox One and Xbox Series X|S).

If he has purchased Grand Theft Auto V (Xbox One and Xbox Series X|S), which gives access to the game for Xbox One and Xbox Series S/X, he can play online with you as long as he downloads the Xbox One version, so you and he will have the same save and can play online.

If he is a Game Pass Ultimate subscriber he can download the game in the Xbox One version and play with you.
