    When I try to load up any online game it says that it cannot connect to my xbox live account but i have a fully up to date gold subscription and have tried deleting and redownloading my profile

    why do i have service alert

    you need to have a gold membership to play games online, being a free member means you cant play games online that have multiplayer

    sorry any games that have online multiplayer, will need a gold membership to play online. Silver or free memebrs cant play online at all.

    re-downloading my profile

    deleting games and redownloading them

    i dont know what else to do
