    Can't play online games because I don't have a gold membership when I actuallly have one


    I have just bought a new prepaid gold card, redeemed it to play online games. But when I go in to any online function of any game I get the message Xbox live is better with gold. When I go in to one of the free games this month I'm able to download it without
    any problem and able to play it, please help

    Xbox live gold not working

    When I made my account on the xbox one I signed up for xbox live gold, but I can't play online or get the free with gold games. I have tried to repurchase the membership but it says I can't because I already have one.

    XBOX Live: Problems.

    Hi, everybody.

    I just got XBOX ONE for my birthday, this morning, and I can't play any online games because I don't have membership. But when I try and redeem my 14-day code I got, I get the error:

    You have a Gold membership already
    Give this trial Gold membership to a friend who hasn't tried Gold, and let them see what they've been missing on Xbox Live.
    Please help? Very desperate.

    ...I am paying Xbox Game Pass and Xbox Live Gold to play this game online....
    While I don't have a solution for your original problem, you do NOT need a Gold membership when you want to play online on a PC.

    You ONLY need a Gold membership on the Xbox consoles.

    You Don't Have A Gold Membership (The Gold Membership Is Required to play online games E.g Call Of Duty) I would suggest upgrading your membership to Gold, This Has lots of cool features and you will be able to play online!

    In your case the problem is you don't have a gold membership and hence can't play online.

    Now i think xbox sucks because of gold membership it's like no use of buying the console if you can't play online gold membership sucks i think if they allow us to play online for free thats cool but u need gold membership and it sucks
