Can't play online due to "way account is set up"

Good morning, I am writing this message to seek help with my account. When I go to play online games I am having with issue saying I can't play because how my privacy settings are set up. I went to Xbox support and through a long many conversations was able to get nowhere with this issue. I have all my settings on Allow and I do not have a child account. I even set up a family as an organizer and that didn't work. I've been reading online and a Lot of people have this issue. Some have gone Months MONTHS without any clear answer or support to fix the issue. I do not understand why I'm doing everything support is saying and I still can't play online due to "the way my account is set up". This issue needs to be resolved.

Hi, I hope you're doing great out there. I am an Independent advisor and I am here to help you with your concern.

You can simply sign in to https://account.xbox.com/settings and from there make sure that these settings are set to “allow” or “everyone”:

* You can see and upload community creations

* You can communicate outside of Xbox Live with voice & text

* Others can communicate with voice, text, or invites

* You can play with people outside of Xbox Live

* You can create and join clubs

* You can join multiplayer games

Make sure to hit “submit” when you made any changes.

Also, if I may ask, are you on Xbox?

No worries, are you trying to playing online with others and can't do so due to online settings?

When I try to play with my friends, it says "You cannot play online multiplayer due to the way your Microsoft account is set up. Review and change privacy settings at aka.ms/accountsettings" but when I enter the link,
I don´t know where do I change this settings. Please help.
