Can’t play online because game pass is expired even though I’ve cancelled it twice

For online gaming you will need a active Gold or Game Game (Includes Gold) subscription.

I'm not even able to cancel the subscription even though it's only been a few days

"We can’t cancel your subscription

You have already paid for your Xbox Game Pass Core subscription. It will expire automatically on 11/7/2023."

You can’t play warzone 2 off an external drive because it’s a series X/S game. I have uninstalled and reinstalled twice already though with no luck. I’ve deleted the save game files and re-downloaded those too.

I’ve erased Xbox and apps etc then reinstalled everything as well

Same thing is happening to me , our nat types are open and I’ve restarted my router twice. It won’t even let me play games online either , even though i’m connected to my internet

Yep I only got the game pass to play starfield, only to find I can’t actually play it. I’ve tried twice today for example and gave up after waiting over 40 mins each time.

They shouldn’t be advertising it as accessible on cloud gaming if it isn’t.
