    Cant play on my profile


    So when i first got my xbox one i made just a random profile because i was having trouble with my account password at the time so, on the random profile i used the code to get Assassins Creed Unity which came with the system and downloaded it. Later once
    i got my account issues resolved i did a factory restore and added in my old profile, after downloading it gives me the message,"If you have a game disc, insert it now. If this is installing from the Xbox Store, the person who bought it needs to sign in with
    the profile theh used at purchase." But the issue is i cant access the account i made since it was deleted during the restore. Please help

    did that but why wont they play on his my profile is still on it i can play the games on my pro file but he cant play on his profile- BUT HE HAS BEEN DOING THAT FOR YEARS now he cant.

    every time i try download my profile it says error xbox live profiles cant be downloaded right now then this error code comes up 80151006...not fun when u cant play on your account.
