Can't play Nutjitsu in snap mode

I asked Ninjabee support and the reply was:

"Actually, Nutjitsu is not playable in snapstate, that is by design. It uses the snapstate mode, meaning that you don't have to close it down to open most other games or apps, but it is not playable while in snapstate. Sorry for the confusion. As for showing
part of the starting screen when you start it in snapstate, that's actually a bug! Thanks for letting us know about that. Enjoy!"

so the gameinformer article (www.gameinformer.com/.../id-xbox-game-nutjitsu-can-be-played-in-snap-mode.aspx) is incorrect.

I think Nutjitsu and Threes! can be played snapped, not sure if it would work while playing another game though.

I read that Nutjitsu can be opened in a side/snapped window, as that's technically an app for some reason. Supposedly you can play a game or watch tv in the main window, and get your Nutjitsu on on the side.

That's all I know. ;/

This sucks, not a happy Xbox Oner here this week, no Bound By Flame on my console of choice and I can't get Nutjitsu either.

Mode 3B: Collapsed blade-like snap window with tabs is faded when there is inactivity. that way you can hear music on the background while playing a game!.

Mode 4: when you want to change music, switch to snap mode and you will get Mode 2 with the prominent [recently used snapped app B or C] using more space on Snap window mode.
