Can't play Night Call (via Xbox Game PC for PC)

Having recently subscribed to Game Pass Ultimate, I downloaded Night Call for PC which recently became available. All installed fine and the game launches. However in the menu screen it says "click to continue" when I do this is
takes me back to the xbox app to ask me to sign in and then I click "Lets Play". Upon returning to the game there is no way to progress from the title screen and I can't for the life of me think why this would be?

Thanks for the update. Did you re-install the game completely?

Does this happen with any other game or just Night Call? I would also attempt to re-install the Xbox (Beta) app if you already tried everything from the first post.

Additionally, if the issue continues, I would recommend reporting the issue to the app developers through the Windows Feedback hub.

I'm single-user and administrator (incl. all rights).

Starting the game from - Start Menu (with and without admin-rights), - Windows Store, - Xbox (Beta)-App or - Xbox Console-App doen't take any effect.

Installationdrive is not Windows-Drive. All games I tried worked great, except NightCall.

Also multiple Re-Installations of the game didn't help.

All permissions were accepted, when asked by login to Xbox-Account.

After login to xbox account, I have to switch manually back to the game.Then following screen is shown (#pic2)- and never changes.

Mouse-Input is working (circle moves), but that's all.

Version shown (as in #pic2) is 1.0.1 / Store says: "1.0.6.0" (#pic1)

But the problem is not solved.

The Game is not playable for over a month.

That's why I post the exact same threat again!
